Okay, by some miracle I am updating. To heck with it being 12:30 am. I have been working on pictures for what seems like an eternity. So, I figured I should just keep working on pics and update the blog.

Brevan decided he was going to peel an apple all by himself. He only has 6 teeth, so this was quite a feat. The peel came off in teeny tiny chunks.

My boys are climbers, all of our stools and chairs are all tipped on their sides. I need to get a picture of that actually. Anyway, Holden climbed up into the sink and snagged Kyah's and Porter's toothbrushes...another favorite of his.

Okay homeys, I turned 35 and we are letting everyone know! (Hence the signage.)

Bri gave me these flowers, which I love to get anytime I can.

We celebrated at Red Robin. They give you a free meal on your birthday, so if you are not on their birthday club...get signed up!

My mom and dad joined us there.

Renee and Missy also took me out for my birthday.
The boys were putting hats on themselves and each other.

My little men went in for their check ups. Holden is in the 5th percentile, Brevan is in the 3rd percentile.
My brother Matt and his wife had their first baby. His name is Brett and the kids love him, although Kyah cried when she found out he was a boy. She has learned to deal now though.

Brevan loves to put on everyone's shoes. I let him know that it was time to go and he got ready. These are the shoes he put on.

Porter's boots this time!
We went to temple square over Christmas break, it was still really crowded.

This year our tree was decorated only half way up.
So, we are totally disgusted and ticked off. We did a whole year of food storage in May. Then, right before Christmas I heard something in our storage area. Yucky mice. We, or should I say I caught 2 and then we tried to clean up. We ended up having to throw out 42 of our pouches. Anyway, they had a hay day in our crawl space...both sides. Our short term food storage is on one side and the long term on the other. Mouse poop is galore, it makes me want to barf. Anyway, Bri built some more shelving and we planned on transferring stuff and cleaning it all off as we transferred (short term stuff). Long term stuff all cleaned up, in new buckets, and good to go. So, now it is 2 months later. We go down to the long term stuff and there are 2 more dead, rotting mice on a trap (is this grossing you out yet)? We were a little suspicious there might be a new mouse because Bri noticed a poop in a new place on a shelf and I thought more poop had appeared in another spot. Anyway, I put out a trap. Nothing happened. Then, the trap moved like a foot. No mouse on it. I noticed a fruit loop on the shelf, so I forced Bri to help me check out any bagged stuff like cereal. Well, lone behold... A pouch of cookie mix, totally empty, not a crumb left. Then, eight of the super sized cereal bags nibbled on. Get ready for the gross part, one of them half eaten and the bag totally full of 1000s of mouse poops. I'm gagging about it as we speak. Anyway, I set 2 more traps. So we now have a total of 4 traps with yummy peanut butter on them. Well, I check them several times a day. And today I go down and nothing on the traps, but that lone fruit loop is now missing. So, I hope we only have one, but knowing are luck we probably have 50. Now you can be grossed out and ticked off with us. We better catch the rodents soon, or I think Bri might die of a heart attack.

This was us on Christmas night. That is the same day as Shiann's birthday so she came to see us.
Holden got his hands on a sucker Christmas morning, and he sure enjoyed it!

Our annual kiss in front of the Christmas tree!

My older brother Glen and I got towels for Christmas, so we decided to try them out.
We went out to celebrate Shiann's and Jeremy's birthdays this night. That night was life changing, but I won't bore you with that now...
Brevan all ready to go out and play in the snow.
Okay, so this was our clean up effort for the long term food storage.

Holden pushed this rocking chair up and somehow balanced on the one side of it to get up to the sink. He is even standing on his tippy toes, I thought he was going to fall to his death. He could not even walk yet!

Porter got his braces on!
This is the McCuistion side of the family, we went there for Thanksgiving.
These are the girls from the Condie side.
The boys from the Condie side.
Holden and Brevan decided to play in the toilet together. There was water and wet toilet paper all over them and everywhere else!! Naughty little boys! They were not happy when we cleaned them up.

  2. those are cute pictures, that one of Brevan reminds me of one I have of Carson about that same age exactly the same in the sink with the toothbrush! You'll love having those pictures when they get older, show them how much trouble they were! :)
