So, here is what has been going on at our house lately.

Holden is getting so big, he is our roller. He is able to push himself up now in this position.

Little Brevan has been walking now for about a month. He apparently likes chocolate. I was sitting on the floor nursing Holden, I could hear what sounded like lips smacking together. Then lone behold Brevan came around the corner looking like this!! Even his little hands were totally covered. Kyah had a chocolate dollar that he got into, and he loved every second of it!

I then took the chocolate away and got him cleaned up. This was the sad result.

It is hard to see in the picture, but he also just cut his first tooth!

Saturday was Birth Mom Day, so we went to an adoption walk.

The BY Who? cougar was there causing trouble . I had one hand pointed to the Y and the other one in a thumbs down position. He grabbed my hand and smooshed it, how rude. I thought it was nice of us to even be in the picture with that kind of an animal.

This was us doing the walk. We wrote who we were walking for on the papers.

Time for Kyah's Kindergarten appointment! We got her shots a couple of months ago, and that was a good thing. She was much happier for this appointment, although she had to get her finger pricked still. She was hysterical for that, but she recovered well.

This is her Doc, Dr. Whiting.

Due to the urging of my awesome Father-in-law, we have been able to get our food storage all caught up for the 6 of us. We now have a year's worth of long term storage for each of us. Plus about 6 months of short term food storage. We spent all day a couple of weeks ago, pouching up everything.

I was the handy poucher lady, and boy were my hands tired when I was finished!
I am also doing a shout out to our neighbor Steve Wiltbank, who made this possible by picking up hundreds of pounds of food for us!! We really appreciate it!

Brevan (and Holden for that matter) love to ride in the backpack. We only have one right now, so they have to take turns. This is two of my boys mowing the lawn, aren't their faces saying it all?! They seem to be enjoying it!

We took the kids swimming to the Legacy Center and this is them goofing off. Kyah is always doing a princess pose.

This was Holden's 6 month appointment.

Getting his shots! So sad..

Holden and Dr. Whiting.

Before the shots! He was happy then.

These two look innocent, but I think I am going to be in trouble. They are starting to try to play with each other.
As always, Holden is a "deer in the headlights".

Brevan loves the camera. He came running to me when he saw I had it out.

Brevan enjoys pounding on the piano also.

Kyah is like the boys' little mommy. She tries to carry them around everywhere, we say she is very Smotherly.

The family at Thanksgiving point, on the hay ride. Not the best picture, but it was the only one!
It was Holden's and Brevan's first Easter, the did not care much about it.

Brevan cared nothing about what was in the eggs.

Dying eggs! The kids love to color the eggs every year.

This is Porter at his school program.

I took the boys to it, they did not last for too long. This was Holden's first time in the stroller, and he loved it! He thought he was so big!

This was at the neighborhood Easter egg hunt.

Brevan looks like he might see some eggs, he is happy about it too.

This was at the beginning of the hunt. It looks like Brevan is ready to get started.

Wow, Tami, that was quite a run down! Cute, cute, cute family!!! It's so fun to see how they change and grow and learn new things. It's so funny that Brevan learned to walk almost before having any teeth. You are one lucky mom to have those kiddos. And you look great!!! How did you get so skinny?! Do want to come exercise for me?!
ReplyDeleteWOW! Good updates.
ReplyDeleteLove it!!
