Time to update:
The other day, walking home from school, we stopped by a neighbor's house. Porter did not realize the dog was playing with him, or that he was playing with the dog. Even though his shirt got totally torn, he came out unscathed. His coat had a bunch of slobber all over it, but other than that he was fine. (I think he might be petrified of dogs for the rest of his life though, he'll probably climb me like a tree if he sees one coming.)

Now, Holden here was forced into posing for me.
I was overwhelmed and forgot to bring the camera to their well baby check on Friday, but here are their stats..... Brevan 9 months old, Holden 41/2 months old. The doctor said, "they are sure trying to be twins..one is slowing down in growth and one is speeding up"! It is true, Brevan slowed slightly and Holden sped up.
Without further adieu:
Brevan....28 inches=45%
17 lbs=5%Holden....27 inches=90%15 lbs 3 oz=50%
Brevan was napping, but he other kids were awake. Holden was very awake, as you can tell from his "deer in the headlight" look.

Daddy with his two favorite babies in the whole world!

Kyah thought she would try on Grandpa's glasses, she looks quite studious and also like she is living in the 80's.

Would you look at these
"sweethearts" who have Feb. birthdays. The one on the left looks a little old for a princess cake, but she does look happy to be a year older. The one on the right just looks plain cute!

Celebrating our birthdays at the monthly party at Grandma's house. We are the only two who have birthdays that month, so we quite enjoy it.

This was at Kyah's 5th birthday party!! She had a beautiful Ariel cake.

Kyah was all dressed up fancy. She got this elegant outfit from her second family, the Hamiltons (our birth family).

This was Porter's last basketball game, he made a basket. After he made it he acted like his Dad, (jumping up and down holding up the #1 sign with his finger).

This is Kyah at Spaghetti Factory, totally enjoying her spaghetti. This was on her actual birthday.

Kyah is hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa before we headed out to Spaghetti Factory.

Kyah got this dress for her birthday, and she has worn it many a time since then. Every couple hours she got to open a present that day, she loved doing that!

We went to the Families Supporting Adoption activity at Classic Skating. The kids loved it! Thumbs up dudes!

Kyah put her doll on Holden's head to make it look like he was wearing a wig. Quite a creative young lady.

This was Porter on crazy hair day! He likes to wear his hair smashed flat against his head, so this was quite crazy for him!

So I went to tuck the kids in the other night, and I saw something sticking out from behind the bed. When I got there I found pretty much everything Porter owns stuffed under the bed and behind a sleeping bag. I did notice that he had no clothes, but I just assumed they were in the laundry, considering we have tons of laundry now. So this is what I pulled out, I was really excited about is, as you can probably imagine.

Brevan is big into garbage cans and plastic sacks. This was him having a great time with his favorite toys! I turned to the stove for one second and he did the damage! Notice the cans all over the place in the background.

Brevan got into some stickers, and they got stuck all over his hands and he could not get them off. I took tons of pictures, but this is one of him being ticked at me for doing it. So cute!

Holden looking stunned.
